With summer coming to a close, it’s a great time to start thinking about ways to keep your child active during the school year. After-school classes can provide a great variety of activities that kids can enjoy during the school year. At Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics we offer a variety of after school programs in Rochester, NY.
POLICIES
1. Registration – To register for our school year classes, please contact our office at (585) 265-4740 to reserve a spot for your child. As long as payment is made over the phone or in-person at our office, your child will have a spot in one of our classes. 2. Observation – Our classes are always open for anyone to watch. Parents are welcome to observe 15 minutes after drop off or 15 minutes before pick up. In order to keep all of our students safe during our classes, we only allow for observation during these times.
3. Behavior – At Northern Hemisphere, we want to make sure that all participants are able to play well with others and follow directions from our staff. Kids who are not able to follow these rules and negatively impact the experience for others will not be able to participate in our activities.
TYPES OF CLASSES
Our after school programs in Rochester, NY offer many of the same summer activities that kids can enjoy. We offer gymnastics for preschool kids, girls, boys, and parents & child classes. We also offer ninja warrior classes, flips and tricks, and private lessons throughout the year.
- Preschool Gymnastics: For boys and girls 3 1/3 -5 1/2 years old. Classes are small with 6 students per instructor. Cost: $118

Girl’s Gymnastics: for girls 5 ½-7 years old, 7-10 years old, or 10-15 years old. Classes are small with 8 students per instructor. Cost: $142

Boys’ Gymnastics: for boys 6 years and up. Classes are small with 7 students per instructor. Cost: $142

Parent & Child: for kids 18 months-3 ½ years old. Classes are small with 6 students per instructor. Cost: $118

Ninja Warrior: for kids 6 years and up. Includes different strength/coordination obstacles similar to the “American Ninja Warrior” show. Cost: $180

Flips and Tricks: for kids 8 years and up. Classes are small with 8 students per instructor. Focuses on tumbling and flips and is not recommended for beginners. Cost: $14

Private Lessons: can be taken alone or with a friend. Students can choose the coach that they want to work with. Lessons last 30 minutes/ Lessons are scheduled and billed monthly. 1 student costs $32, 2 students costs $26 each, 3 students costs $22 each.
