Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics holds a drop in Adult Open Gym every Monday evening during the school year from 8:00PM-9:10PM.  Age restrictions are 18 years and above. You do not need gymnastics experience to attend. Cost is $10 per class and there is no obligation to sign up for an entire 8 week session.  We hope to see everyone there!

*This is a drop in open gym you do not have to call to sign up! There will be coaches around the gym to help if needed. Please note this is not a structured class, Just a time adults can come flip around*
