To register for classes or camps please contact our office at 585-265-4740.  We do not hold spots without payment.  You can make payments over the phone or in person during our office hours.  Please come 5 minutes early to your first class.

Once your child is registered for classes, you will receive the opportunity to continue into the next session before it is offered to new students, as long as payment is made by the priority deadline.

Missed Classes

We do not offer make up classes

Missed Private Lessons

If a student can not attend his/her private lesson, the office must be notified one hour in advance.  If the office is not notified ahead of time then you will be charged a $15 fee for the coaches time.  In the case of a semi-private lesson, if only one student shows up, then they will be charged the higher rate for a private lesson.

Cancellation Policy

Once the session has begun, there are no refunds or credits.  In order to be eligible for any type of credit or refund, you must notify our office a week before the start date.  All anniversary fees are non-refundable.  After a session begins, credits (not refunds) will only be given if there is a serious injury or illness with a doctors note.  In order to receive any type of credit or refund for dropping out of any camp, you must notify the office a week ahead of time.  All summer camps have a $30 drop out fee per spot.  If you notify the office a week before camp starts that you are not attending you can switch to a different camp or be credited minus the $30 drop out fee.  All refunds have an additional $25 administration fee.  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE

Camp Deposits

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Failure to pay your camp balance by the due date can result in your enrollment being dropped and that spot will go to the next person on the wait list.  If you do not pay your balance on time, you will lose your deposit.

All of our classes are always open to anyone to watch!  Wifi is available.  In order to insure the safety of all the students at camp, parents are welcome to observe 15 minute after camp drop off time or 15 minutes before pick up time, but can not stay longer during camp hours.

Any type of athletic clothes are acceptable.  No jewelry and long hair should be tied back.  Socks are optional, but it is better to go barefoot.  Students in the Ninja Warrior classes will need to bring sneakers to every class and be prepared with outside clothing.

Weather Policy

Northern Hemisphere almost never closes due to weather conditions.  If you choose not to come to class or camp because of the weather and we remain open, you will not receive any refunds or credits.

Behavior Policy

Classes and camps at Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics are very structured.  All students must be able to follow directions from all coaches at Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics.  Students must play well with others. Anyone that is negatively impacting the experience for other students will not be able to participate in any programs.
